Southwell Music Festival

Southwell Music Festival takes place each August Bank Holiday weekend and attracts audiences totalling over 3,500 people.

Every year it takes place in the grounds of the historic Southwell Minster which is one on Nottinghamshire's top landmarks.

The Festival was founded by Artistic Director Marcus Farnsworth in 2014 and achieves high critical acclaim for its performances. The programme is a mix of choral, orchestral and chamber music, plus jazz and folk, all performed by renowned professional soloists, singers and musicians.
